About

I love the outdoors and I am trained as a Wildlife Biologist (specialising in elephant ecology) at the Wildlife Institute of India. My PhD at NC State University, USA is focused on how wildlife tourism and conservation can complement each other.

2024 – Present PhD, Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism
North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA

2022 – 2023
Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy
National Law University, Delhi & WWF‑India

2017 – 2019
M.Sc. in Wildlife Science
Wildlife Institute of India (awarded by Saurashtra University)

2012 – 2016

I unwind through photography, writing and reading books. I love coffee and avoid loud and noisy places. When not doing research, I conduct conservation education workshops at RewildEd and lead expeditions when not doing research.
